Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement focuses upon using movement to maintain health & wellbeing while improving breathing, balance and coordination.

This group is led by qualified Tai Chi, Chi Gung and meditation instructor Patrick Cotter. Patrick has been studying and teaching these mindful movements and practices in Ireland and Europe for over 16 years.

Mindful Movement takes place every Thursday at 11am. All are welcome!
